As young people, we loved the modern and clean design of the hotel. The rooftop bar was a great spot to relax and enjoy the views of the river. Staff were attentive and helpful. Breakfast had plenty of choices.

Neya Porto Hotel in Porto was a fantastic stay. We loved the location, as it was very close to Alfandega congrès centre and right next to the river. The hotel facilities were great, withvery comfy and tidy rooms that provided a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The rooftop terrace offered a lovely view, and we enjoyed hanging out at the great roof bar. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our experience even better.

The staff was friendly and helpful during my business trip. They provided great customer service and were always available to assist with any questions or concerns I had. The location of the hotel was also convenient for my conference, as it was only a short walk away. the restaurant at the hotel was excellent, offering delicious food at a reasonable price.
The soundproofing in the hotel was poor, and I could hear noise from other guests in the rooms, as well as slamming doors. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Very clean, felt safe. Comfortable room, great river view. Friendly, helpful staff. Close to Ribera waterfront district. Excellent breakfast buffet with different sittings. Good location with river views. Former monastery turned into a hotel. Nice rooms with balcony, though no chairs. Hot shower. Very good breakfast, sometimes difficult to communicate. 24-hour reception. Great accommodation, fantastic location. Spacious room with AC, coffee machine, complimentary water, and Portuguese custard tarts. Rooftop bar on 5th floor with sunset views over the Douro river. Exceeded expectations. Friendly and helpful staff. Will stay here again.
